You will join a team responsible for building a strong pipeline of diverse interns, analysts and associates. Main responsibilities will include: providing operational and administrative support to team to ensure the execution of a best in class recruiting function. This role will support a variety of sourcing/recruiting activities to include high volumes of data management, organizing of recruitment events, and applicant process flow and supporting pipeline programs. Core Responsibilities: Provides support planning, coordinating and executing all recruiting events Utilize candidate management tool for on-going candidate management, sourcing, and communications Create and maintain innovative candidate communications, educational resources, marketing materials Manage the postings of all vacancies and event postings on external career platforms Manage candidate relationships including arranging travel, scheduling, processing of T & E, initial point of contact and pre-employment activities Help to manage the summer internship schedule and provide assistance during learning and social activities Maintain integrity of data in recruiting database and produce ad hoc recruiting and hiring activity reports for management/firmwide (global) reporting Manage candidate status updates in internal systems (Taleo, Yello) Create and extend offer letters to candidates Work with on boarding team to ensure New Hire processing is completed Perform other recruitment duties and projects as assigned Required Skills: Strong focus on operational excellence, ability to handle/manage end to end processes seamlessly Manage direction from multiple sources having the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Maintain Human Resources records in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and constantly prioritize workload Strong attention to detail and strong focus on data integrity Team player combined with motivation to work individually Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, applicants and candidates Ability to handle HR information and data both confidentially and sensitively Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties Expert user of campus systems and advocate for these systems across JPMC Required Experience: 1-2 years industry experience HR experience preferred Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Capability of working with high volumes in a fast paced environment Flexibility Responsibilities During periods of high volumes, the full team will be assigned projects and/or tasks to ensure the smooth running of any campus recruiting practices.
