Description:Candidates will be tasked with oversight and inspection of new 5G telecom install construction projects with AT&T. Our inspector will be asked to be in the field on a daily basis walking down 4 miles of fiber/telcom construction new install work. On a daily basis they will be given instructions on where to report. For each day, they will be on site, inspecting that the construction projects meeting engineering plans and safety standards. They will have an IPAD with reporting software used to fill out generic reports for each job site. These reports are expected to be filled out completely and accurately each day, to be turned into the lead supervisor on the project. They will receive on the job training and shadow experience to show them what to look for, and how to fill out reports directly. As they are apart of a team, they could be asked to pick up other responsibilities related to the project, each of which they would receive training on if necessary.Skills: telecom, report generation, communication and people skills, telecom installationTop Skills Details:telecom,report generationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma. It is required that candidates have some type of construction or relevant experience working outside. They would look at candidates right out of high school as well.
