Job Description:

ChristianaCare is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our project management team within our Healthcare & Medical services department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, planning, and overseeing a wide range of projects from ideation to completion. This role focuses on ensuring project milestones are met and align with organizational goals. As a central figure in project execution, the Project Manager will facilitate communication across multiple departments to drive project deliverables while adhering to budget, scope, and schedule requirements. Develop detailed project plans to track progress and keep projects on schedule and within budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation, manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed, managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks, establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Proven ability to solve problems creatively. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle. Excellent analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile project management certifications advantageous.
