seeking a Shipping Clerk / Forklift in Newark, DE.Earn $17.00 per
hour at this full-time, temporary position.Job Description:*
Performs duties related to shipping, removal or storage of finished
orders in the warehouse* Operate manual and power driven material
handling equipment* Operate computer / manifest equipment according
to internal and customer requirements* Stock shelves and rearrange
inventory as required* Accurately pick and pack customer's
inventory from a SO/Pick ticket and document inventory movement*
Cycle count inventory as determined by management* Use computer
terminal for inventory look-up and other information* Apply labels,
tags and packing slips for inventory shipments* Recommend changes
or methods to increase efficiency and reduce costs* Prepare and /
or maintain required logs, reports and records as assigned by
management* Report operational and / or personnel difficulties to
supervisor* Communicate and observe all company rules including
housekeeping and safety requirements* Perform other duties as
assigned or necessitated by business conditions and changes*
Complete forklift operator training annually* Be flexible with
start and end time of shifts and be available for overtime or
weekend hours when requiredJob Requirements:Requirements:* Previous
experience in shipping, inventory control, receiving and
warehousing* Certified and Current Forklift License * Ability to
lift up to 50 pounds* Reliable transportation and excellent
attendance record* PC Skills* Proficient Math Skills* Be organized,
detail-oriented and quality conscious* Ability to use standard
warehouse equipment such as fork lifts, carts, hand trucks, pallet
jacks, pallet shrink wrap, box cutters and tape dispensers.*
