Description Kforce has a client seeking a Data Information Architect in Newark, Delaware (DE); Plano / Dallas, Texas (TX), or Tampa, Florida (FL). You will be supporting a global investment fees team. Projects will include:

• The creation of one universal calculator vs. current state one for every market/country.
• Create customization of fees to enable the team to offer long/short-term fee discounts Essential Duties:
  • As an Engineering Director, you will work with business and IT leadership to understand IT business strategy and their implication to applications in our portfolio
  • You will be accountable to technology Management for an end to end application scoping, planning, development, implementation and post-implementation maintenance and support
  • You will meet regularly with technology managers and deal directly with infrastructure management within Global Technology to prioritize work, and ensure system stability and ongoing maintenance is performed with regards to other business and technology deliverables
  • You will manage the issue resolution process, enforcing adherence to process and procedures
  • Identify/mitigate risks to delivering solutions on time
  • Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
  • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
  • Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages; Data mining, Data transfer, and Data profiling, Relational database (set) theory
  • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
  • 3 years of Development experience
  • 3 years of Data Architecture, the principal role Data modeling; coaching others in requirements capture Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience with data modeling both logical and physical
    • Excellent experience with Oracle, SQL, data reservoirs, Erwin, Star Schema, Primary & Foreign Keys
    • Experience with Agile development processes, methodologies and tools
    • Experience implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures
    • Strong project management skills (e.g. planning, budgetary control, people management)
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Preferred Skills:
      • Financial industry or heavy Revenue/P&L experience in large scale / high volume industry is preferred
