The Treasury and the Chief Investment Office (TCIO) within
JPMorgan is responsible for firm wide asset and liability
management for one of the world's largest global financial
institutions with a $2.5 trillion balance sheet, including more
than $900 billion in loans and $1.4 trillion in deposits. Because
it sits at the very center of the firm, TCIO directly influences
the composition of the firm's balance sheet as well the activities
of the firm's four main lines of business (LOBs): Asset & Wealth
Management, Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Bank, and
Consumer & Community Banking.
The Corporate Treasury Middle Office (CTMO) is part of the TCIO
organization and provides support for the Firm in regards to both
liquidity and structural interest rate risk (SIRR) reporting. Key
- Overseeing the operating model that supports the aggregation of
data used in the Firm's risk management and ALM functions (i.e.
balance sheet detail, forecasts, and assumptions). This includes
the execution of key data integrity controls, reconciliations,
adjustments, and analytics.
- Coordinating the production of several Firmwide, LOB, and Legal
Entity level risk reports (i.e. 5G, LCR, Stress, EaR, DV01, EVS) by
expected deadlines. This involves working with contacts globally to
quickly research and explain variances in calculated risk measures
and "what if" scenarios to facilitate sign-off by senior risk
stakeholders prior to report distribution internally and to
- Partnering with internal data source providers and risk
stakeholders across all lines of business to complete data
investigations and resolve data quality issues with the goal of
improving the timeliness and accuracy of all risk reporting on a
- Responding to internal or regulatory requests to complete ad
hoc data analysis or produce custom reports as needed.
The team has locations in North America (Delaware and NY Metro),
Europe (UK, Poland) and Asia (Hong Kong, India).
The Financial Analysis Lead Product Owner owns the end to end flow
of information for banking book products (Deposits, Loans,
Investment Securities) into the Firm's interest rate risk reporting
process. The role is part of a larger global team responsible for
critical risk reporting in a fast paced and data driven
environment. There is significant exposure across the firm due to
the scope of the role including to people, products, and
technology. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the execution of all data
diagnosticsinvestigations, controls, and risk analytics associated
with banking book products in the SIRR reporting process. The
Product Lead will be required to develop an understanding of the
data sourcing model, the supporting cash flow assumptions and
calculations, and the measures used to manage SIRR (i.e.
- Performing deep dive data investigations and variance analysis
to explain changes in risk calculations as part of a daily risk
walk-forward that takes place with senior stakeholders.
- Overseeing other Product owner responsibilities to ensure items
are completed in line with SLAs and established controls and
standards. This includes providing approvals and supervisory review
as needed, taking escalations from Product owners or stakeholders,
and providing training to the broader team. The Product team is
made up of 4 people including the Product lead.
- Working on projects to continually improve the end to end
operating model and data quality while delivering on strategic
business objectives. The Product lead will be expected to review
and approve all changes to the data sourcing process.
- Building enhanced data diagnostic capabilities and data
visualizations to improve the end to end process and control
framework utilizing the Firm's Intelligent Automation toolset
(Python, Xceptor, Alteryx, Tableau) and support from internal
- Participating in business review and metrics meetings with
business and risk stakeholders to review KPIsKRIs.
- Building and maintaining network of contacts with key
stakeholders in the end to end process.

degree in FinanceBusiness or a STEM discipline. Prior experience in

- Some understanding of concepts and calculations pertaining to
interest rate risk management and cash flows for major products on
a Bank's balance sheet.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to complete data
investigations quickly and summarize findings in a clear and
meaningful way. A strong proficiency in SQL is required.
- Strong technical skills. Prior programming experience
specifically with Python or utilization of Robotics Process
Automation (RPA) or data visualization tools such as Tableau are a
