This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Systems Engineer 2, you will be responsible for:

* Technical support to operations including troubleshooting complex problems, determining root cause and implementation of solutions. The position requires application of mechanical and process control design and support of automated medical diagnostic consumable device manufacturing equipment in a constantly changing fast-paced environment. * Working on both new design and existing machine upgrades to improve performance and efficiency in support of manufacturing expansion.

* You will have a working knowledge of Industrial Control Systems, mechanical systems, and sensor technologies. * You will possess mechanical CAD proficiency, preferrable NX or SolidWorks, and a knowledge of detailed part design, tolerancing and assembly. * You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions. * You will be self-starting, have excellent troubleshooting, communication, organization, and prioritization skills as these are critical to success. * You will have the capability to manage multiple priorities successfully while working on multiple projects and previous experience working in operations is important. * Your ability to work independently in a respectful team environment is a must. Good oral and written communication skills, computer skills and strong results orientation and drive to meet committed deadlines are also required

Required skills to have for the success of this role

* BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. * A working knowledge of Change Control and Change management, including process equipment Commissioning and Validation (FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ) is mandatory. * Previous knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Systems, Equipment Reliability and Total Productive Maintenance methods is a positive. * Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Manufacturing.
