The Claims Strategies Analyst will provide analytical and data support for Consumer, Non-Consumer, and Billing Dispute fraud and claims. The analyst will aide in providing data to support the business cases for new products and initiatives that impact fraud and claims. Coordinates the production of performance reports and updates for key stakeholders in claims, strategy, finance, and product. May utilize established databases to provide statistical and financial output. Analyzes incoming claim trends, probability of recovery claim data, loss trends, and portfolio dynamics. Presents summary of output and recommendations to all levels of management. Partners with key stakeholders in claims, policy, strategy, finance, operations, and product . Leverages SAS/SQL to provide adhoc and analytical output and summaries to key stakeholders across various levels.

Initially you may be required to work from home and/or remotely in this role:

* Internet Service Provider at home (no public WiFi or Internet)(high speed internet access and a secure or password-protected internet connection) * Sufficient room to set up a laptop, monitor, keyboard and mouse * Comfortable space to work for a full shift * Quiet, private and SECURE space in which to work

Required Skills:

* 3+ years of SAS/SQL and Advanced Excel skills * Experience in risk, strategy or analytics * Data and reporting experience and attention to detail * Strong presentation and communication skills * Risk or fraud or analytics experience required * Ability to collect, organize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy * Effective multi-tasker, able to manage multiple initiatives * Ability to work with cross functional teams

Desired Skills:

* Database management a plus * Consumer product knowledge * Tableau and MicroStrategy experience a plus * Knowledge of processes, products represented by data (enables validation, resolution) * Operations and fraud experience
