Job Title: Quality Assurance - IntermediateLocation: Newark, DEDuration: 12 Months contract to hire Note: It's a Hybrid Mode of work (3 days onsite and 2 days Remote in a week), NO 100% Remote Available Job DescriptionDetailed understanding of common defect management toolsAbility to write automated testsData profiling capabilities to assess alignment with Data Quality rulesUsage of data management toolsUnderstanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologiesNegotiate, communicate and deliver test solutions to Automation and QA organizationsMay show use of one or more development languages Responsibilities:Responsible to interpret and document business requirements and advise business stakeholders on options, risks and costsParticipate in the development of processes Assist in designing and ensuring overall integrity of the testing / validation strategies and ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans.Work with the business to ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectationsProviding testing support for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business functional areasManaging defects to monitor and report on defect resolutionDesigning, developing, and executing automation test scripts and assisting in creation of manual test scripts About BCforward: BCforward began as an IT business solution and staffing firm.
