ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for leading the
Project Management Office (PMO) in evaluating, prioritizing,
planning, and executing GM&T U.S. initiatives and projects. The
position requires an individual with a strong management background
and deep understanding of managing transverse projects across
various functional disciplines.Job DutiesCollaborate closely with
GM&T US leadership team to identify, assess, and prioritize
business and strategic needsAssist in development of technology &
market roadmaps by working collaboratively with GM&T US leaders
and functional leadersSupport to the financial teams, in particular
at the time of the target & RF preparation for the presentation of
GM&T objectivesBuild analyses, insights and recommendations
around targets; support analyses with sound data collection and
strategic thinkingCoordination of the Risk Management processTake
high-level inputs and framework from GM&T leaders to create
presentations all levels of managementAssist in review of deal
post-mortems, metrics, and drive continuous improvementLead
strategic initiatives and projects for GM&T US and ensure
alignment with group objectives (annual reviews & continuous
analysis of results against objectives)Project specific
duties:Manage the entire project lifecycle from project initiation
through closureFacilitate the definition of project scope,
resources, timing, goals and deliverablesDefine project tasks and
resource requirementsDevelop full scale project plans, including
specific activities/tasks and timelinesTrack project deliverables
and facilitate issue identification and resolutionProvide direction
and support to project teamMonitor and report on progress of
projects or the project portfolio to all stakeholdersOversee
integration, string and unit testing to ensure a high degree of
qualityWork effectively across cross-functional teams to reach a
common goalQualificationsRequired CompetenciesBachelors degree in
Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.3-5 years of work
experience with Air Liquide.Demonstrated success as a Project
Manager.Knowledge and understanding of Business process in the
scope of WBL/WBU/Corporate Function 's activitiesStrong analytical
skills and problem solving skillsAbility to coordinate between
teams and business-solution orientedDemonstrate ability to lead and
effect change management.Excellent facilitation, influencing and
negotiation skills, including the ability to gain
cross-departmental consensus.Good verbal and written communication
skills.Experience in a multicultural environmentAdditional
