Call Center RepBC Forward is currently Looking for below Opportunity! Job Title: Call Center Rep Location: Newark, DE Duration: 4 Months Benefit Payment Services (BPS) assists retirees with questions regarding their pension payments. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess a commitment to superior customer service to join our team of call center professionals. Duties include:
---Receiving inbound calls
---Understanding call requests, problem solving as needed, and routing if required per client profile
---Assisting retirees with questions about their pension payments, tax forms, withholdings, etc.
---Sending forms via mail, fax, and email to participants

Qualifications
---Previous call center experience a plus but not required
---College degree required
---Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, internet, and email.
---Highly motivated, self starter who can complete functions with little supervision
---Strong organization/time management skills &ability to prioritize
---Ability to function well ina high volume environment & multi task
---Adapts well to change and is a team player- ability to achieve both individual and group goals
---Must have excellentcommunication skills & telephone etiquette with customer service focus
---Excellent attendance record required
