Job Description A global financial services company is seeking Customer Service Representatives/Benefit Payments Representatives for their office in Newark, DE.Looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess a commitment to superior customer service to join our team of call center professionals. Location: Newark, DE Hours: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm M-F DUTIES INCLUDE

• Receiving inbound calls
• Understanding call requests, problem solving as needed, and routing if required per client profile
• Assisting retirees with questions about their pension payments, tax forms, withholdings, etc
• Sending forms via mail, fax, and email to participants QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • College degree not required but preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, internet, and email
  • Highly motivated, self starter who can complete functions with little supervision
  • Strong organization/time management skills &ability to prioritize
  • Ability to function well in a high volume environment & multi task
  • Adapts well to change and is a team player- ability to achieve both individual and group goals
  • Must have excellent communication skills & telephone etiquette with customer service focus
  • Excellent attendance record required
