Job Description:Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s), including research. Leads in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment. Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives of an operations nature. Functions as the technical expert in their assigned area. Major accountabilities are based on individual expertise and capabilities. Provides work direction, guidance and expertise to less experienced associates and provides training to associates and Business Partners on new and complex initiatives. Builds strong relationships with Business Partners across LOBs. Has in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work. Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. Individual typically has 5-7 years of experience. This position reports to a Sr. Group Operations Manager in Enterprise Card Issuance and is responsible for:Developing and delivering operational analysis for Enterprise Card IssuanceIdentifying data requirements and gathering data through automated or manual techniques to support operational analysisUtilizing volume forecasts and actual performance to answer business questions, support process improvements and updating financeCompiling rationale for any non-green metric performance and submitting to all appropriate audiencesDocumenting and maintaining procedures/work instructions/playbooks for reporting processesPreparing, validating, approving, and storing Business Process Management (BPM) ArtifactsPerforming invoicing and reconciliation for collateral, presort, armored shipping, machine service & repair and uniform vendors, as needed Required Skills: 3+ years of experience working in a reporting or analytics roleAdvanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, macros, and automation)Advance PowerPoint skills/ preparation of Executive Level presentationsSharePoint proficiencyStrong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with ability to tailor message to audience and active listening skillsAbility to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions and own product documentationCurious about data. Have the determination to validate data accuracy ferociouslyStrong relationship building skills; ability to positively interact with and influence FLU partnersAttention to detail; ability to grasp new concepts and processes quickly and understand up and downstream impactsAbility to prioritize competing demands and proactively complete workThis area is a high security work environment.
