This Internal Controls Analyst position is on a flexible HYBRID schedule, requiring that the candidate can commute to a Newark, DE office 3 days/week ; 2 days/week remote . Description:-Perform an independent assessment of the design and effectiveness of controls executed in the LOBs/Corporate functions through testing activities-Monitor testing activities and issue closure validations to validate compliance with internal policies/standards as well as external laws, regulations, and rules-Collaborate with compliance and operational risk officers on engagements including developing testing scripts and collaboration on issue discussions, business meetings, and the drafting of final reports-Ensure quality and timeliness of testing and monitoring executionSkills:internal control, testing validation, Audit, Quality control, Internal audit, Compliance, Quality assurance, regulatory compliance, regulatory reporting, financial crimesAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-Excellent communication skills to collaborate within a team environment-Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
