No experience required for the Production Associate position, but must be punctual, have good tenure in previous roles, and have great attention to detail.

• Weekly pay schedule Job Details for Production Associate :
  • Hours: 2nd: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm (with potential for OT) and occasional Saturdays as required
  • Pay Rate: $18/hour
  • Long-term opportunity with room for growth Job Responsibilities & Description for Production Associate :
    • Inspect, verify counts and quality of rubber O-rings with the use of mandrels and calibers
    • Use of industrial ovens for the production of O-rings
    • Filling and operating machinery to process raw material in accordance with production specification
    • Change filters within the filtration system to ensure optimal operation of machinery as needed Job Requirements for Production Associate :
      • Must be punctual with great attention to detail
      • Excellent attention to detail and self-driven
      • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
      • Ability to lift up to 35lbs, unassisted
