Forty hours per week is the expectation in the absence of specified hours.
Attendance and punctuality are essential components of the position; therefore, unexcused absences and tardiness could result in dismissal.
Supports projects relating to change initiatives impacting multiple businesses unites, product lines, or business processes.
Projects require cross-divisional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation.
Provides advanced analytical support for change initiatives.
Responsible for significant contributions to the design, development and completion of project deliverables. Works with the project team members on all phases of initiatives and may have some leadership responsibility in directing and evaluating the work of more junior analysts. Works on portions of projects as directed.
Typically a minimum of 4 and up to 8 years experience of programming expertise.
4 year degree.

This position requires being the subject matter expert on multiple business-related and technical-related topics and an ability to independently drive strategic improvements. Business Analyst's primary responsibility is the design of reporting used to test the effectiveness of new initiatives prior to implementation.
Business Analyst is responsible for the development of reporting using SAS Enterprise Guide based on business requirements provided by change owner.
Reports are then leveraged to identify potential defects across new initiatives prior to implementation.
Additionally, business analyst will be required to support in adhoc reporting development to assist with the closure of audit issues and automation of manual quality assurance processes.
Business Analyst must be flexible and have experience working in a fast paced & high pressure environment as the role requires management of multiple projects at once.

Key Skillsets Include:
4+ years demonstrating strong proficiency in utilizing data mining/analytics tools such as Toad, Teradata SQL Assistant, Microsoft SQL Server, SAS Enterprise Guide
Highly motivated, proactive and a self-starter; strong sense of ownership & ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight
Detail oriented
Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
Prior banking or collections experience (optional)
