DescriptionAs Sales and Strategic Partnership Manager, US, you will identify, educate, enable and expand relationships with key technology partners, agents/master agents and service providers across the US. Your objective is to increase new business revenue through the sale of services through these channels and expand the partnership base and share of market. You will also play an important role in closing direct sales business within the US territory.Responsibilities* Drive Cloudli's strategic partnership and US channel strategy, including mapping the partner landscape and prioritizing potential partners* Expand the Cloudli partner network to identify and develop new business opportunities and increase revenues* Creatively and consistently communicate with partners to gain mindshare through various methods and across the organization - sales, leadership, operations, marketing and more.* Understand and articulate Cloudli's Unique Selling Proposition, and how our solutions enable our partners to better support their customers.* Partner with the Cloudli marketing team to develop and manage marketing plans to be executed jointly with select partners* Manage the forward financial planning for select partners, including revenue goals and commitments, subscription rates, special sales incentive programs and joint marketing funds* Prospect and develop direct sales opportunities with key accounts, in partnership with Marketing.* Determine and represent the needs of progressive channel partners to Cloudli management* Assist channel partner representatives with the positioning and sale of Cloudli services, including through online and onsite presentations and demonstrations* Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to inside sales representatives to achieve key goals of the channel partners.* Compile and report sales forecasts of managed partners and status reports in a timely fashion.* Attend and support channel-related marketing events as appropriate and when required.* Provide on-site training for key partners as appropriate and when required.* Meet/exceed established sales goals and quotas* Travel will be required for this role, in compliance with any public health regulations.* Must be US-based* This is a 100% remote positionQualifications* Successful track record in Channel Sales and Support; 5-7 years of experience in similar roles* Skilled at learning and applying understanding of partner organizations' structure, influencers, decision-making process* Deep knowledge of the US technology, agent and service provider ecosystem; existing relationships with tech partners such as Cisco, Microsoft and others an asset.* Excellent knowledge of sales processes including acquisition, development and retention* Experience in developing productive and mutually beneficial partnerships* Knowledge of telecommunications, VoIP, unified communications and/or IP fax* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Experience managing sales pipelines with Salesforce or similar* Must be willing to learn about new products and servicesCloudli offers its team members a great opportunity to stay on the leading edge of the new technological innovations in their field of work and play an important role in exciting projects shaping the future of the telecommunications industry.
