Job Description Printing Customer Service Representative Stratis
Visuals, a Connecticut-based print and fulfillment company, is
seeking a highly detailed, energetic CSR for our Newark, DE office.
This is a hybrid work-from-home position. Responsibilities include
providing excellent customer service while overseeing the details
of orders from award through delivery. The ideal candidate has five
or more years of retail point-of-purchase printing experience, with
experience using the EFI PaceMIS system a plus. Ideal Skills &
Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
especially within the proper use of email, video conference calls
and direct phone calls, as appropriate. The ability to utilize the
Job Control Center module within EFI Pace, including the conversion
of job tickets from estimates, BOM management, tracking and
consistent customer and team status updates. Familiarity with
offset and digital printing of window signs, toppers, endcaps, side
panels, banners, clings, inserts, tags, channel strips, and other
related signage. Demonstrated success handling multiple priorities
and demanding customers across several programs. Demonstrated
ability to troubleshoot and successfully resolve problems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Experience using a print MIS system a must, with specific
experience on EFIPace a plus. Responsibilities Provide assigned
Customers with clear, accurate and timely communication. Input
Customer RFQs into the estimating queue. Help define the scope of
work and provide problem-solving support to the Estimating team.
Obtain POs from customers and check for accuracy against the
established scope of work. Create job tickets for Production
through the conversion of estimates. Clearly and accurately explain
the scope of work for each step in the workflow, including for
press, finishing, kitting, fulfillment, and shipping. Provide
Purchasing with accurate bill of materials and communicate schedule
requirements. Help identify where existing inventory may be used.
Manage a high-quality proofing process between the Customer and
Prepress. Participate in daily production meetings, review schedule
and scope requirements, communicate key issues and challenges,
document changes, across both plants. Review invoice information
and support A/R in timely billing. Support lean thinking and
mistake-proofing efforts. Help implement quality improvements,
reduce turn times, and take out waste and cost. Be flexible in work
duties, support teammates in peak workloads and vacations. Have fun
