Hiring Full Time Entry Level Sales Associates -Solar Sales / Flexible Scheduling -We firmly believe in creating affordable, renewable energy for all homeowners. We specialize in the selling, installation, and maintenance of solar systems. If you are passionate about renewable energy we'd love for you to build a career with us!We are currently hiring candidates to join our solar division. Solar is one of the fastest growing businesses currently. Not only is it better for the environment, but it improves the value of the home and lowers the utility bill. We're looking for candidates to lead generate in neighborhoods to find potential clients looking to learn more about our solar products and services. You will qualify them for a solar system, set them up with an appointment with one of our sales consultants, and build rapport with customers. Candidates applying should love talking with diverse groups of people, and feel comfortable approaching homes. Prior sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. -Daily Responsibilities:

Lead generate and provide marketing materials in neighborhoods Approach homeowners to provide them the benefits of switching to solarTurn every interaction into an appointment setQualify homeowners for a solar system with usSet up interested potential customers with an appointment to learn more Follow up with customers to make sure they have the highest customer satisfactionProvide the proper customer data to the Marketing/Sales manager in a timely fashionRepresent our company with professionalism at all timesAttend company meetings as requiredPerform other duties or responsibilities as required.Benefits:
