Job Description:
Job Summary Th e Lab Technician will support the manufacturing
of latex particle reagents for in-vitro diagnostic products. This
role involves nano-particle production via emulsion polymerization,
analytical testing, equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance
with GMP documentation practices. The technician will also assist
in process validation to scale up reagent
formulation.\n\nResponsibilities:\nManufacture latex particle and
buffer reagents at both lab scale and bulk production
levels^Perform nano-particle synthesis through emulsion
polymerization^Maintain, calibrate, and verify laboratory equipment
for optimal performance^Conduct routine analytical tests, including
pH measurement, particle size analysis, and UV-Vis
absorbance^Follow GMP documentation practices to ensure regulatory
compliance^Support equipment validation and assist in scaling up
reagent formulation
