Farmhand - Animal Care Assistant to join our team. This part-time
position offers a flexible schedule, with 2-4 weekends per month,

American Naturals. A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY In your role as a
Farmhand - Animal Care Assistant, you're responsible for ensuring
the well-being of the farm's residents. From feeding horses,
llamas, and goats with close attention to their health, to
meticulous stall and shed cleaning, each day involves a commitment
to maintaining a safe environment. Your routine extends to caring
for feathered residents, clinic and barn cats, conducting regular
health checks, husbandry procedures such as hoof care and
medication and promptly reporting any concerns. Weekly and seasonal
tasks, such as cleaning feed buckets, snow removal, and maintaining
fences, contribute to the farm's seamless operation. The overall
dedication to animal welfare and farm upkeep is at the core of your
role, ensuring a harmonious environment for all residents. ARE YOU
THE FARMHAND - ANIMAL CARE ASSISTANT OUR TEAM NEEDS? Requirements:
18 years old Farm and livestock experience (preferably goat care)
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. Strong verbal and written
communication skills with record keeping experience. Excellent
organization and time management skills Trustworthy and reliable
Passionate about animals and truly cares about providing kind
treatment Preferred Qualifications: Our ideal candidate is
hardworking, follows directions well, can operate farm equipment,
and has a gentle handling skills for small ruminants. WORK SCHEDULE
As a Farmhand - Animal Care Assistant, your part-time schedule
includes 2-4 weekends per month. Starting at 7:00 AM, you'll
complete morning chores by 11 AM or 12:00 PM, with flexibility.
You'll return by 3:00 PM to finish the afternoon chores. ARE YOU
