Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician. Provide basic patient care, including bathing, feeding, and dressing when necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and document all care services delivered. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and home care needs. Participate in health promotion initiatives and support disease prevention measures. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas and assist in infection control procedures. Proficient in administering medications and operating medical equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Must possess a current LPN license valid in the state of Delaware. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
