Trade Services Associate BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Trade Service Associate for an opportunity in Newark DE Position Title: Trade Service Associate Location: Newark DE 19713 Hybrid Job : hybrid: now 2 days in WF, eventually will change to 5 when the office is fully renovated Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 5 Months Contract with potential for RTH/ Permanent Payrate is $32.67 per hour on W2 Pay Range: Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description: Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: * Bachelors degree * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) * 3 years of relevant financial operational experience * General understanding of Finance and Loan Products * Proven ability to collaborate with team members and senior management across and within the lines of business with a keen attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, and strong analytical capability * Highly organized with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and competing priorities * Highly motivated individual with a team - oriented mindset with effective communication and leadership skills * Critical decision-making abilities including the ability to identify, escalate, and propose solutions to problems * Meticulous mindset with the ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to learn quickly, self-motivate, and demonstrate a strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: * Syndicated loan knowledge specifically in trading/ corporate actions and loan operations * Knowledge of Virtual Datarooms such as Syndtrak, Debtdomain, and Intralinks * Experience reading and interpreting loan documentation, legal documents and financial statements Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
